The Valley House is a modest three-bedroom, a ndtwo-bathroom house located on a steep acreage bush block.
The Owners of the land had previously built a spacious family home at the top of the 3-acre site in 2005 and have spent the last decade enjoying the beautiful surrounds of Currumbin Valley. 
When their children all moved out the Owners realised they didn’t want to leave the area but they did need to downsize their home, so they toyed with the idea of subdividing the land and building a new home at the bottom end of the site which is accessed from a different street.
