The McM Building is a renovated commercial showroom on a very prominent site in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley. 

The Client’s brief was also to create a modern, contemporary addition to the existing building, and upgrade the remaining painted brickwork building to be bought up to a level of finish that would not compromise the new works.

The site has an area of 1310m2 and is attractive to both prospective tenants as well as the passing public as it is in a high exposure location, has substantial parking and is now an attractive, design oriented structure.
