MACKAY HOTEL

DATE: 2014 | LOCATION:  Mackay, QLD

The TRYP hotel was the adaptation of an old office block on the main street of Mackay into a unique hotel. The design included adaptations to the spatial arrangement, facade treatments and an extension to the rear of the building.

The TRYP Hotel for Mackay was treated as a sister project to the Fortitude Valley project. With the restoration of an existing building in mind, the artful approach creates an inviting aesthetic for the building. The design enhances the street frontage through rustic restored finishes and playful colours and artwork.

Our team has the ability to take any project from the conceptual phase through to construction completion including interiors.
