The exterior palette was thoughtfully chosen to complement the natural surroundings, reflecting the tones of the exposed granite outcrops and the native bush backdrop.

The site is in a designated bushfire zone, requiring the installation of fire water tanks to comply with the BAL-19 rating and ensure fire safety measures are met. Robust, fire-resistant materials were incorporated to meet regulatory requirements while ensuring durability against the harsh coastal environment.
